Maritime engineers are the driving force behind the maritime industry. They design, build and maintain ships, submarines and other marine vessels and structures – ensuring they’re safe, sturdy and efficient.

To be eligible, an applicant must have achieved the following minimum entry requirement and demonstrate they fulfil any prerequisite and essential criteria for admission. In cases where there are more eligible applicants than available places, admission will be competitive with ranks based on the entry criteria. - A completed four year bachelor (AQF7) or bachelor honours (AQF8) degree or equivalent in science, engineering, technology or a related field from a recognised higher education institution..
